A QA/Test project on Rent-A-Coder

We are looking for 10 Developers/Testers to test and debug the Velodoc Outlook Add-In in 10 different environments, ideally 10 different languages (including Unicode characters), various versions of Windows and Outlook, use of Exchange mailboxes, use of proxies/firewalls, impact of spam/phishing filters, etc.

We would like to pay a fee for a pack of 20 critical and major bugs identified and fixed. In our jargon:
- a critical bug is a bug which affects all users, prevents the software from executing a use case without any easy workaround.
- a major bug is the same but only affects a group of users, not all users.
- other bugs either do not prevent use cases from being completed, or have easy workarounds or only affect small groups of users.

Do you think $100 for 20 bugs is a decent price to attract students and junior professionals in offshore development countries? This can be done by students or junior developers as a part-time job. Any suggestion welcome.
